Military Officers Association of America (MOAA) NYS Council of Chapters Vice President, Tim Vaughan, and Western Regional Vice President, Keith Harris, attended the Syracuse Veterans Residential Luncheon on Saturday 28 March 2028, hosted by the MOAA Central New York Chapter (CNYC).

The Syracuse Veterans Residential Program provides transitional housing, case management, and therapeutic services to veterans in need, helping them achieve stability and long-term independence.
