Southern Tier Hosts Armed Forces Luncheon
The Southern Tier Chapter MOAA hosted its annual Armed Forces Day luncheon on Saturday, May 16, 2026 at the Red Oak Diner in Binghamton, New York.
Guest speakers included Faith Vavra, Director of Community Affairs for Congressman Josh Riley, and Tim Vaughan, Vice President, New York State Council of Chapters.
